Flying in wind tunnel, offered by Aerotunel Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością ('Aerotunel'), consists in simulation of a freefall with exposure to wind speeds of up to 320 km/h which results in loud noise and may be involved with stress, as well as a risk of body injury, loss of health or even death in particular in case of using the service in spite of the existence of contraindications following from health status or psychophysical condition. The price does not cover insurance whereas Aerotunel is liable for provision of the service according to general principles of law.
The contraindications to tunnel flying are in particular: weight exceeding 130 kg, shoulder joint injury (including in the past), previous myocardial infraction or stroke, epilepsy, joint or backbone-related problems, heart-related problems, mental disease and — in case of women — pregnancy. Being under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other alike substances is also a contradiction to tunnel flying.
Before tunnel flight an obligatory briefing will take place during which the user will be informed about main aspects of tunnel flying, including required body position, signs and gestures used by instructors to communicate etc. Lack of attention during the briefing increases the risk of flight, including that of body injury. It is prohibited to perform in the tunnel any maneuvers other than those shown by the instructor. In case of breach of the above-mentioned rules, the instructor may immediately stop the flight.
Aerotunel provides to the Clients lockers for the purposes of storing Clients' belongings during usage of the service of wind tunnel (lease of lockers). Aerotunel is not liable for any belongings left on the premises of the tunnel or in the lockers, unless loss or damage thereof is attributable to Aerotunel. In particular, Aerotunel shall not be liable in case the Client loses the RFID wristband or hands it over to a third person. The lockers may be used only for storing things typically carried to objects of similar character like the wind tunnel, for ex. bank cards, small sums of money etc. The lockers are not suitable for storage of valuables, including jewelry, large sums of money etc.
Aerotunel Sp. z o.o. is the controller of your personal data (other data of Aerotunel have been provided in the header of the form). The data will be processed for the purposes necessary for the performance of contract. With respect to medical details, the data will be processed on the basis of your consent, for the purposes of provision of the service (including adjusting the method of rendering the services to health problems, if any). You have the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing, the right to data portability, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, as well as the right to withdraw the consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The data shall be stored during 6 months upon performance of contract unless a necessity of further storage of personal data follows from applicable law. The data submission is voluntary; however, it is necessary for executing the contract with Aerotunel.
